it's catching

now that Martin Salter has disappeared from the Reading scene it seems that others have taken on the mantle - and the constituency map he used which led him to spend almost all his time, and all his photocalls, in Reading East.  Here is Cllr Willis rather entertainingly on the subject.  Regular readers will remember that Daisy Benson is similarly geographically challenged, going so far as to move into a property in Reading East while believing she was living in Reading West.

Oh dear.  Doesn't inspire confidence, does it?

Never one to let the facts get in the way of anything are you?

in the way of what? Has Wilis made up the grab from the Epps website? Did Daisy not really think she was in Reading West (I know where she lives)?

Martin Salter has *not* left the Reading Scene - well, not Reading East, anyway. He appears in a photo with Anniliese Dodds in her Election Address. No photo of Gordon Brown, though. I wonder why?

Hey - maybe Gordon doesn't want to pictured with a loser?

Well, we don't know what is going to happen to Gordon and his Government and he probably doesn't either! But at least we - and he - can be confident in the fact that Anneliese Dodds will lose and lose badly.

Most people in the know are betting on the size of Rob Wilson's increased majority. And that's just members of the Reading Labour Party......
