was the last time the Silly Boys posted anything on the Reading Labour website. Then they said they were going to be a "very active opposition, starting now". Since then, er.... Jo? Jo? (sound of tumbleweed)

Well there are plenty of quotes from her in the local rag in the last few days. Seems they still or she think they are still in charge..from what I have heard some Labour councillors are behaving appallingly in meetings, one in particular who happens to be quite senior. Not good, one has to be gracious in defeat and be constructive in oppo.
A move apparently (and amazingly) backed by Ms Lovelock. So keen to avoid answering any questions in the Post's webchats before the election yet wants to open up the Council to the people!
She, who must not be very disappointed, also proposed for councillors to be CRB checked as one can recall reading in the EP. What happened to that? Such a good idea no doubt kicked in the long grass and yet child protection is high on the agenda, so we are reminded. Maybe her second in command might do well to jog her memory, might need a bit of courage though...

Will they still behave badly once Council meetings are televised?
