    He is in the Neighbourhood team i believe.

    Maria Soulsby was Headteacher at New Christchurch Primary. There ia an acting head there now.

    Maria Soulsby ... I expect that's Maria Soulsby-Smith, recently stepped down as Head of New Christ Church Primary School. She's now setting up a new school in Wokingham, I believe.

    Incidentally, are local authority funded schools allowed to donate significant sums of public money to charities? Or are they just buying services in this case? If so, it looks like it should be a not-for-profit company, not a charity.

    I've got a copy of the accounts. All of the income comes from grants as follows:

    BG: Whitley Arts Festival - £20,000
    Berkshire Community Foundation - £2,000
    Arts Council - £4,455
    Family Holiday Association - £2,297
    + £22.12 in bank interest

    Expenditure was

    £11.409.99 to Reading Borough Council for Whitley Arts Festival
    £209.36 for insurance
    £109.25 accountancy fees and software
    £550 to Whitley Park Infants and Nursery School
    £550 to George Palmer Primary School
    £2299 for Holiday expenses, passports and transport costs
    £269.24 for summer camp food

    Expenditure for assets on balance sheet at year end
    £419.13 for a video camera
    £40 for a digital camera
    £50 for a ball pond
    £340.75 for accounting software

    Bank balances at year end
    General fund - £12497.99
    Berkshire Community Foundation Summer Camps - £1730.76
    Arts Council - £485.86
